In line with European Union and Latvian consumer protection laws, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason and without justification. Think of it as a pre-launch window to ensure you’re ready for the mission.
Conditions for a Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

Please note: Due to health and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or have a broken seal. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return Mission

Contact Us First: To start a return, please contact us at support@rocketfungi.com. Please provide your order number and the reason for your return.

Wait for Approval: If your return is accepted, we will send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Sending the Package: Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning their items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

No Hidden Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it lands. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@rocketfungi.com. In these cases, we will evaluate the issue and make it right immediately—return shipping for damaged or defective items is 100% free of charge.
Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted and processed, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
