1. Shipping Rates & Free Delivery

• Free Shipping: All orders over €60 qualify for FREE delivery anywhere in the EU.

• Baltic Region (Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania): Standard shipping is a flat rate of €2.90.

• Rest of EU: For orders under €60, shipping fees typically range between €5.00 and €12.00, depending on your delivery zone. The exact rate for your address will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

2. Processing & Delivery Times

• Handling Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday).

• Transit Time:

  • Baltics: 1-3 business days.

  • Rest of EU: 3-5 business days.

3. Order Tracking

As soon as your "Rocket Fuel" is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can monitor your shipment’s journey in real-time.

4. EU-Based Shipping

All orders are dispatched from our fulfillment centers in Latvia. Since we ship within the EU, there are no additional customs duties or hidden taxes for our EU customers.

5. Damages & Issues

Rocket Fungi is responsible for your order until it reaches your hands. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@rocketfungi.com with photos. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you.
